What is the Whoo GuestApp?
The GuestApp serves as a digital guest directory containing all the information of your property and the services and amenities that you offer. This is where you can load property activities and packages with links for guests to book prior to arrival or in-house.

How do Guests receive communication from my property?
Communication is sent out via email and sms to your guests prior to their arrival, during their stay and after departure. By effectively communicating your facilities and services available on the property you can upsell even before the guest arrives.

Is the Guest Messages functionality suited for me?
The automated guest messages is a great way to communicate with your guests prior to arrival, while they're in-house, and after they leave. It can be used to communicate and sell on-site add-ons and activities such as Spa packages, Restaurant bookings, Day Tour packages, etc.

Why do I need the QR Code?
A personalised QR code is generated and can be displayed at Reception and in the rooms. When guests scan the code they have access to your GuestApp, which provide the opportunity for upselling and encouraging repeat booking directly with the establishment.
Can I only use the GuestApp?
Yes. The GuestApp, the QR Code and the Messaging are three standalone products and you can choose any of them should you wish. Your monthly license fee however gives you access to all three of these products for your convenience.
What will it cost me?
A standard license fee will cost R240. Costing is further calculated on guest usage and how they interact with the GuestApp and QR Codes and total messages sent (incl. SMS fees).
